What if the car doesn't pass?
The result depends on the condition of the vehicle, and that isn't something we control. Either way, we bring your car back with its report. If it needs a re-test, we'll quote you for that separately. If you're unsure what state the car is in, we'd suggest having a pre-ITV check done at a garage first.
How and when do I pay?
You send your request, we message you on WhatsApp, and we confirm your area, a date and the total. We then send you a secure payment link. Payment always happens before we collect the car, and never before we've spoken to you.
What does the price cover, and what about the fee?
The €149 is our service: arranging the appointment, collection, the trip to the test centre, the inspection itself and returning the car. The official ITV fee is separate and depends on your vehicle. Your total is itemised: Service €149 + Official ITV fee.
What documents do I need to leave?
The permiso de circulación and the ficha técnica, in the glovebox. Without those two documents the test centre can't carry out the inspection.
How far do you go?
Home pick-up throughout the Marina Alta. If you're elsewhere in the Valencia region, send your request anyway and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.
Are you the official ITV?
No. AvisaITV is an independent, private service. We don't work for SITVAL or the Generalitat Valenciana, and we have no arrangement with them. The inspection is carried out by the official test centre, exactly as it would be if you went yourself.
